Maple Burl River Table, Live Edge

This is a piece of maple from a tree in Ontario that was salvaged by Sawmill Sid. The texture of the knots and the motion of the grain inspired Jerry to create the lightning pattern in an eye-catching metallic blue epoxy resin. It has been painstakingly hand-sanded to a velvety soft finish and then hand finished with non-toxic, food safe Odie’s Oil (see our Resources section for a link to this product). This piece is 2.5″/6cm thick.
