Cat Tree

This Cat Tree was custom made for a very active Maine Coon and has become her throne of choice.

This piece was handmade starting with a 6-foot cedar reclaimed post from a 90yr home in the beaches with cedar “thrones” at varying levels. Each “throne” was carpeted with wool berber to be comfortable as well as being able to stand up to all of the things a cat can do to a carpet.

A 2″ thick slab of English Black Walnut with a live edge was used as the base to ensure structural integrity.

The client was completely satisfied with her “Queen’s Throne” and regales us with tales about the Queen’s latest escapade upon it.
